URSify's Store Product Comparison

Today, we'll see how to compare products at URSify's store.

Why Comparison of products?

If a customer wish to purchase the best product (e.g. smartphones) after doing comparison of the various features like quality, price, functional features etc. then he/she can do with the help of compare page that can be viewed on compare page. A compare page can be viewed only if user add products to the compare page.

Adding products to Compare Page:

In URSify's store we can add a product to the compare page by selecting the product name (tag) or the menu (from which a product can be selected either from the menu or sub-menu).

We can add a product to compare by selecting the product's image(tick symbol) link. After selection a message will be displayed as 'Item added successfully' on top of the screen. This ensures that our selected product has been moved to the compare page.

We can confirm that our product has been moved on to compare page by selecting the image(tick symbol) on the top right corner of the shopfront. If we hover over the image with our mouse, we will be able to view our selected product in a mini page display, inside which we can see a button control named 'compare'.

In order to do product comparison, we should need to add at least two products to the compare page.

After adding at least two products we can select the control 'compare'. This lands on a fresh page with the following details:

Product Image:

The product images of the selected items will be displayed on top of the compare page. Example if there are two products selected, then two images will be displayed in compare page. Along with the product image the name of the brand and price will also be displayed below the images.

Product Details:

The product details displays description of the products and brand names.

Features:

This displays information of the products' weight (in grams or kilogram).

Action:

ADD TO CART:

If user wish to add these products to the cart page, he/she can simply select the button control 'ADD TO CART'.

ADD TO WISH LIST:

If user wish to add compare items to the wish list, he/she can select the control 'ADD TO WISH LIST'.

DELETE:

If user wish to add to delete a particular item in compare page, he/she can do so by just clicking the control 'DELETE'.
